It’s all in the details
This shoe is great and such an upgrade from the “regular” EVO SL. I’ve been using the EVO SL since the summer of 2025 and put many miles on them, these have the same comfort but have been subtlety upgraded from its previous iteration. The cage “design” at first glance looks like it just there for aesthetic, but it actually is part of the shoe for support so your foot feels more locked in than the EVO SL. I found my foot feeling like it was coming out the sides on the last pair. The shoelaces here are finally made longer and thicker than the previous version, so they can be doubleknotted without having to skip a shoelace hole and they also don’t untie while running. There’s a previous review on here that said the tongue was cutting their ankle… I do not see at all how that is because these are actually very soft and made into a different shape than the last pair and are actually shorter, so I didn’t have that issue. That person must have been wearing no show socks and have ashy ankles. So overall, not just for the amazing look i would highly recommend these for runs or just for some very comfortable daily shoes.
