I bought these shoes primarily for weight training. I'm a runner doing a couple of strength session per week and was doing those sessions in another brand of shoes not designed for the purpose. The difference is significant. The Dropset Base give me a really stable base for all my lifts which are almost exclusively unilateral. They look good enough for casual wear as well and are surprisingly inexpensive. I would definitely recommend these shoes.

Lovely trainers but size does come Small so I would recommends going up one size
