Very cool and comfortable and no discomfort whatsoever

I love how forum looks and how comfortable it is. The brand stripes are large that people notices it right away and they ask me what adidas shoes this is.

The trainers arrived in a throughly beaten up and ripped outer box - like it had been stamped on. The trainers arrived with black laces. No white laces as shown on the photo advertised. My son has large feet. These were an exchange already from a 12 to 12.5 and were in the sale. I contacted customer service on what’s app to ask them to send me some white laces. I believe the box was breached and they had been lost or taken(?) in the post. I sent pictures to show how badly damaged they had arrived. Despite this I was told the only way I could receive the missing white laces was to send everything back. This was a great inconvenience to me as I would have to source a box to send them back in, wrap it all up again & take time to get to post office etc. meanwhile there was the possibility these could sell out as they’re on sale and getting a large size had always proved difficult. We were happy with the shoes. We just needed the white laces as displayed and advertised. Raised this as a complaint with what’s app chat. Find it ridiculous and environmentally wrong to send shoes back and forth when all I request is a pair of white laces ….. heard nothing at all since making the complaint. Three things here. Both the 12 and 12.5 arrived in seriously damaged boxes. So your policy on packing and posting for single trainers needs looking at. Second why were our trainers laced in black laces when the picture clearly shows white ones? Third surely it’s cheaper for your company, having seen the photos of the damaged box- and makes more sense to just send the laces out - why all the exchange ? & if you can’t sort this someone needs to let me know , it’s been a poor experience all round.
