How do I return my product(s)?

There are different return methods depending on where you purchased your product. Items purchased at the adidas online shop can only be returned to us by post with SwissPost. Items purchased at an adidas retail store can only be returned to an adidas retail store.

Item the wrong size? Instead of returning it, you can exchange it for a different size for free. For more info, see our exchanges help page.

Items purchased from the adidas online shop
You can return your online order free of charge within 100 days of receiving your order (or 14 days* for hype products such as YEEZY). If you received items from one order in several parcels, the 100-days return period begins on the day you received the last parcel.

Please note: you will not be charged shipping costs for your return if you return your order with the same carrier that had originally delivered it to you and follow our return instructions below.

Returns with Swiss Post:
  1. Fill out the return form with your return reason(s) and insert into your parcel then seal the box. A return form and return label should have been sent with your original order.
  2. Attach the pre-paid label to your parcel over the original label.
  3. Keep note of the tracking number stated on the return label.
  4. Drop off your parcel at a Swiss Post drop-off point.
Use Swiss Post pick@home service
Save yourself the trip to a Swiss Post store. Have your package picked up from home or an address of your choice by a mail carrier.

Good to know: 
- You can use the pre-printed return labels from adidas.
- You can choose any pick up address (e.g. from your office).
- The package will be collected the following day or any working day of your choice.
- Tracked return information online

What is the return policy for face covers?
If the face cover package is not opened, other than this requirement of the packaging being unopened, our normal return policy applies to this product. Please see 'What is our return policy ' and 'How do I return my product(s) ' for more information.

If the product package has been opened, this product is not returnable, exchangeable or refundable due to health protection reasons, unless there is a manufacturing defect.


Items purchased at an adidas retail store
If you'd like to return item(s) you purchased at the adidas store, then the best thing to do is to return your unwanted item(s) to the same store where you originally purchased them. Please bring your receipt with you, and make sure you’re returning your item(s) within 100 days (or 14 days* for hype products such as YEEZY) of purchase. Please note that we are currently not able to accept returns at our stores for items purchased from our online shop.

Items purchased at an adidas authorised reseller
If you purchased products at one of our authorised resellers, please get in touch with them, as they have their own return policies. It is not possible to return your items to an adidas store.
